Prepare

Bareback Concepts and skills

 

Preparation:

Work out your legs and arms as you will need strength to jump and pull yourself onto a horse from the ground or a block.

Practice lateral flexion from the ground with a horse.

Wear boots and jeans as well as chinks if you have them.

 


Consider purchasing a bareback pad for your horse’s and your safety and comfort.
